Big Red’s was born from decades of experience in convenience retail, building on the success of prior store operations of the Duck Thru Food Stores that grew into one of the region’s most recognized family-run chains. After transitioning out of its previous retail brand, Jernigan Oil saw an opportunity to reimagine what a neighborhood convenience store could be—fresh, fast, friendly, and locally grounded.
